Djenica is a 12-year-old girl living in the village of Gwovo Bwa Blan near Galette Chambon, Haiti. She is currently in the 2nd grade at BGM Primary School. Djenica lives with her parents, sister, and four brothers. Her father is a musician at their local church, while her mother works around the house.
In her spare time, Djenica enjoys playing with her friends, dancing, attending church, and helping her mother with household chores. Her favorite subject in school is Kreyol. Djenica dreams of becoming an artist when she grows up. In order to continue school, Djenica needs a sponsor. Please consider sponsoring Djenica’s education.
