LOVEMIKA is precious ten year old in the 2nd grade in our BGM Primary School. He lives with his parents, two sisters, and five brothers in the village of Galette Chambon. His parents are share croppers who work in a large garden in Galette Chambon. They get to keep some of the produce they harvest from the garden, so they take it to market to try to sell it to support their family. They were able to make Lovemika’s registration to get her started in school, but they are unable to afford to pay her tuition for her to stay in school. She is so smart and loves school. It is very important that she be able to continue school. When Lovemika is not in school, she enjoys studying her lessons. Her favorite subject in school is mathematics. When she grows up, she wants to become a kindergarten teacher.
