THE PHOTO ABOVE IS FROM 2015 WHEN HE FIRST ENTERED THE SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM. HE LOST HIS SPONSORSHIP IN 2023 WHEN HIS FAMILY HAD TO EVACUATE THE VILLAGE BECAUSE IT WAS ATTACKED BY A GANG. NOW THE FAMILY HAS RETURNED AND KENDY NEEDS A NEW SPONSOR IN ORDER TO CONTINUE SCHOOL.
Kendy is 14 years old and goes to our BGM Primary school. His birthday is September 2nd. He has 3 brothers and 4 sisters. He lives in Galette Chambon. His parents are farmers. He likes to play soccer and he loves to go to school. When he was first sponsored in 2015, he was going to Pastor Johel’s school. After BGM built the new school, he moved to BGM Primary and continued going to school there until his parents decided to leave the village for the safety of their family. Even though the gang is still present in the village of Galette Chambon, the family decided to move back so that Kenymn can go to school. He needs a sponsor again so that he can get back in school.

The child may or may not have promoted to the next grade by the 2022-2023 school year. Final exams had not been taken when the update was made.
