DACHKA is a bright and determined 15-year-old girl in the ninth grade at BGM High School. She lives with her parents and her younger sister in a home where daily life is marked by both hardship and resilience.

Her mother suffers from severe high blood pressure and diabetes, which leaves her unable to help much with the responsibilities at home. Dadcha’s father works hard tending their garden and caring for their younger daughter, but balancing both caregiving and providing for the family is very difficult. Dadcha helps as much as she can each morning by assisting with household duties and caring for her sister before leaving for school in the afternoon. Despite their efforts, her parents struggle to afford her school fees.

Dadcha is an exceptional young woman with a passion for learning and leadership. She especially enjoys attending lectures at the local youth club, where students read and discuss books about history, citizenship, and important social issues affecting their country. Dadcha is known as one of the group’s strongest speakers, confidently sharing thoughtful ideas during discussions.

Her favorite subject in school is English, and she dreams of continuing her education in administrative sciences so she can one day become a high school administrator. With sponsorship, Dadcha would have the opportunity to stay in school, pursue her dreams, and develop the leadership skills needed to make a lasting impact in her community.
