Wismith is a 15 year old at our BGM High School in Galette Chambon. He lives in the village of Galette Chambon with his mother, three brothers, and three sisters. They lost their father in a gang altercation when the gang attacked the village. After that happened, the family escaped to another village and Wismith had to drop out of school. Now the family has returned to the village, but they don’t have a steady source of income. They often depend on the generosity of neighbors and family members to help them by sharing food. Wismith and his siblings are very thankful that they are able to go to school because they know they can get a hot meal every day at school. He is hoping that he can find a sponsor now that he’s back in school because he knows that will help his mother support their family and he knows that his mother wants very much for her kids to be educated. No one else in his family has ever been able to go to school and now all of the children except Wismith have sponsors. When Wismith is not in school, he enjoys helping in the local garden and playing with friends. When he grows up, he wants to be an engineer.
