Etserson is a bright and lively five year old from the village of Galette Chambon who lives with his parents, two sisters, and five brothers. His parents are farmers and their income is not stable because of the frequent draughts and hurricanes that flood their farm. Some of his siblings are sponsored, but not all of them. His parents want all of them to be able to go to school, but financially it is simply impossible without sponsorship. Etserson loves playing with his friends and coloring. When he grows up, he wants to become a doctor.
