Judelin is a lively and loving seven year old in the first grade in our BGM Primary School. He lives with his parents and four brothers in the village of Galette Chambon. His parents are farmers and they both work hard in the garden so that they can take produce to market to sell. Neither of his parents ever went to school and they recognize that the lack of education has made life very hard for them. They want better for their children, so they try hard to make sure they are in school. Two of his siblings are sponsored in school and his parents were able to pay the registration for Judelin’s school, but they are unable to pay his tuition. He needs a sponsor so that he can continue school. Judelin’s favorite thing to do when he is not in school is his homework. He absolutely loves to learn. His favorite subject in school is mathematics and when he grows up, he wants to study Agriculture in school so that he can help the farmers in his village grow crops better and make a better income.
