Falantha is a sixteen year old from the village of Galette Chambon. She lives with her mother and doesn’t have any siblings. Life for Falantha and her mother is very difficlut. Her mother is frequently ill and has had to go spend long periods of time in the hospital. The family doesn’t have any way to pay the hospital bills they have accumulated, so her mother goes to the government hospital and Falantha will often clean house or wash clothes to earn money to pay the reduced fees. Falantha tries very hard to work and keep her grades up while taking care of the home. She also studies very hard. Her favorite subject is Social Science and when she grows up, she wants to become a nurse.
