Didisson is a fourteen year old from the village of Grovo near Galette Chambon. He lives with his parents, five sisters, and three brothers. His parents work as share croppers in their village. They do make a small amount of money, but they struggle to feed their family. They are thankful for the BGM Sponsorship program that makes it possible for their children to be able to go to school and eat every day at school. They are thankful for the hope that a good education gives their children. They are thankful that the BGM Schools offer a Christian education as well. When Didisson is not in school, he enjoys riding his bicycle that his uncle gave him. His favorite subject is mathematics and when he grows up, he wants to become a mason and build houses.

Often times, children do not know their age or birthday, and sometimes they measure smaller or larger because of illness. We do the best we can to give accurate updates, but there are cultural constraints that we cannot avoid. Also, these measurements were made in March of 2022. The child may or may not have promoted to the next grade by the 2022-2023 school year. Final exams had not been taken when the update was made.
