Nephtalie is a 7th grader at our BGM High School. She lives in the village of Dalgros near Galette Chambon with her mother, sister, and two brothers. Her mother does not have a source of income which makes it very difficult to provide for her family. Nephatlie tries to help her as much as possible by cleaning houses and washing clothes for people and taking care of her siblings so her mother can work, but they are not able to make enough to support the family. We have allowed all of the children in the family to attend school so that they can eat and get an education but we need to find sponsors for them as soon as possible. Nephtalie’s favorite subject is mathematics and she enjoys going to church with her family, eating, bathing, sleeping, praying, and cleaning the house. When she grows up, she wants to learn how to raise and keep her own garden because she wants to grow food for her family and sell food as a vendor in the market.
