Jeffna is an 11th grader at our BGM High School. She lives in the village of Galette Chambon with her parents, two sisters, and brother. Her parents do try to farm, but it is not a consistent source of income. Jeffna has felt bad that her parents have given her priority to go to school because she is the oldest. She is thankful for the opportunity to be in the sponsorship program because that means her siblings have a better chance of going to school too. When she is not in school, she likes to work around the house and study. Her favorite subject is Chemistry, and when she grows up, she wants to become a lab technician.

The child may or may not have promoted to the next grade by the 2022-2023 school year. Final exams had not been taken when the update was made.
