Youdly is a pleasant and bright twelve year old from the village of Barriere Bouzi near Galette Chambon. She lives with her mother, two sisters, and one brother. Her mother does not have any source of income to provide for their family, so she must depend on the generosity of neighbors and other family members to feed and care for her children. She wishes she had some way to make money to provide for her family because she doesn’t like having to depend on other people. She prays every day that God will take care of them and He does. He made a way for Youdly to go to school this year, but she is not sure about next year. She is thankful that BGM has started a sponsorship program and is looking for a sponsor for Youdly so that she doesn’t have to worry about whether or not her daughter will be able to go to school each year. Youdly loves to study her lessons in school and help her mother wash clothes and clean the house. Her favorite subject is French, and when she grows up she wants to become a nurse so she can help people who are sick.

The child may or may not have promoted to the next grade by the 2022-2023 school year. Final exams had not been taken when the update was made.
