Dyerry is a spunky little seven year old from the village of Galette Chambon. He lives with his mother and brother. His father died not long after he was born. His mother has no source of income and the family relies on their grandparents for support. Dyerry’s mother would love for him to have a sponsorship because she does not like having to ask his grandparents to help her pay for his school. Dyerry loves to brush his teeth, play with friends, eat, study, and go to church. His favorite subject in school is Kreyol and when he grows up, he wants to become a doctor.
