Jonia is a quiet little five year old from Galette Chambon who lives with her parents, three sisters, and two brothers. Her parents are farmers in the village and their income is not dependable which makes it completely difficult to pay for all of their children to go to school. Jonia loves to play with her friends and play in the mud. She also loves to color. When she grows up she wants to become a teacher.
