Dieuceline is a brilliant and loving 20 year old who lives with her mother, two brothers and one sister in the village of Galette Chambon. Her mother does not have a dependable source of income, so she has never been able to send more than one child to school at a time. All of her children have had to take turns going to school. Dieuceline has had to work hard to make it through school and in years when she was unable to go to school, she still worked hard to study as much as she could so that if she was able to go back to school, she would not be behind. She loves school and makes very good grades. She also loves church and participating in the youth group. Her favorite subject in school is mathematics, and when she grows up, she wants to become a nurse.
