Loveson is a thirteen year old boy from a village called Massau near Coupette. He has one sister and three brothers. His parents are both farmers. Farmers in the Coupette area are suffering very much right now because of the damage that Hurricane Matthew did in the villages along the river. Loveson says that his favorite subject in school is geography and when he grows up he wants to be a doctor. In his free time he likes to play soccer and study his lessons. When asked what he loves about Haiti, he said he loves the mango trees. He says that his parents grow both mango trees and avocado trees.
