Julia lives in the village of Mathias where there is no school. She will have to walk an hour each way to attend school in Thoman but is very excited about the possibility of being able to learn.  Julia loves to sing and her favorite color is white.  She would like to be a nurse when she grows up.  She has a brother age 2 and six sisters ages 13, 10, 8, 7, 5, and 3. Julia’s parents are farmers.
