Edson Augustin is a 15 year old boy that lives in Galette Chambon with his parents and two brothers and one sister. His parents raise and sell goats for a living. Edson is very excited about the possibility of being able to go to the new BGM school by entering the 7th grade. He has heard that it is a very good school and he likes the fact that the school gives sponsorships to make it possible for more young people in his village to go to school. Edson’s favorite subject is history and he hopes to become a lawyer one day. His favorite thing about his country is its rich history of strength and endurance in times of struggle.
