Valencia Sena is four years old. She lives in Galette Chambon with her mother and baby brother. Currently her mother has no source of income or support, but all of that is soon going to change. Some of you might remember the story of her mother, Donese, and how But God Ministries has partnered with Haiti Mama to help Donese be able to find a way to support her two children and herself. Pastor Johel, who is also the principal of the school, is going to rent a house to her and she will become a vendor and sell things outside the school to help support her children. She won’t make enough to send Valencia to school, but she will make enough to feed her children. For several months Valencia has been living with her aunt because her mother could not afford to keep her. Valencia is excited that she will be able to go to school and live with her mama. She doesn’t know what she wants to be yet when she grows up, but she does love to help her mama cook and she loves to sing.
