Widelande is a loving young lady who loves to laugh. She is thirteen years old and lives in the village of Twoupo near Galette Chambon. She lives with her six sisters and one brother with no parent to take care of them. Her big sister is the one responsible for all of them. Their parents both died in a tap tap incident several years ago. Her big sister quit school to work a garden and now sells produce in the local market to provide for the family. She doesn’t make much money and there are many mouths to feed. They do make ends meet because families that live near them help them with food when they can’t afford any. This year their brother managed to help her pay for her school because he started driving a moto tap tap. She just wants to be able to go to school without wondering if she will ever be able to continue. She loves to hang out with friends, study, take lessons in things like cooking and cosmetology. Her favorite subject is experimental science. She wants to be a nurse when she grows up.
