Jerridson is a bright 15 year old from the village of Michel near Galette Chambon. He lives with his parents, five brothers, and two sisters. His parents are farmers who take their produce to market to sell. Jerridson was going to a school in his village closer to where he lives, but the school has now closed due to the civil unrest. He did not get to go to school for the past two years because his parents were both very sick from COVID. He stayed home and took care of them as well as his siblings. Now that his parents have recovered, he wants to start back to school, but the closest school still open is BGM Primary. He knows that he will have to walk a long way to school, but he doesn’t mind because it is a very good school. He believes that if he is able to get a sponsorship, it will help his parents out a lot because they do not make much money as farmers.  Jerridson enjoys working in the garden with his parents, helping take care of his siblings, and mathematics. When he grows up, he wants to be a teacher.
