Wismith is a 13 year old at our BGM Maranatha School in Galette Chambon. He lives in the village of Galette Chambon with his father, three brothers, and two sisters. Their father works as much as he can on local construction crews doing whatever odd jobs he can do to make money to support his family. They often depend on the generosity of neighbors and family members to help them by sharing food. Wismith and his siblings are very thankful that they are able to go to school because they know they can get a hot meal every day at school. He is hoping that he can find a sponsor because he knows that will help his father support their family and he knows that his father wants very much for his kids are being educated. No one else in his family has ever been able to go to school and now all of the children except Wismith have sponsors. When Wismith is not in school, he enjoys helping in the local garden and playing with friends. When he grows up, he wants to be a farmer.
